Disclaimer for Picturestells Concrete

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use picturestells.living. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Only Make Referrals

Picturestells Concrete offers referral and marketing services and nothing more. We link homeowners with independent concrete contractors. We do not pour, finish, stamp, or seal concrete. We do no construction work at all. An independent contractor does any work at your home. Picturestells Concrete does not.

A Match Is Not an Endorsement

When we connect you with a contractor, we are not backing that contractor. We make no promise about their quality, timing, cost, or results. We also cannot say a contractor will be available in your area at a set time. Each contractor handles its own licenses, insurance, and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather, and local rules change from home to home. Talk to a qualified contractor about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, the materials, the site, and the design. Ask the contractor for a written estimate before any work is set up.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules, and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA needs. Check with your local permit office, your HOA, and your contractor.

Stay Safe

Concrete jobs use heavy machines, digging, and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep kids and pets away from work areas and wet concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Picturestells Concrete may receive payment from contractors or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep this site correct and current. We still make no warranty that it is complete or right in every detail.
